- - Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to avoid feeling rushed.
- - To avoid disappointment, please be on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment with applicable charges.
  - Please help us preserve a tranquil environment by lowering your voice and turning off your cell phone.
  - A minimum of 24-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or reschedule a single service to avoid a cancellation fee.
  - All Spa Packages and Series are final sale, no refunds on any Spa Packages, or series including Microneedling, Facial, and Body Series Packages. Discounted pagackages are not valid with combination of other promotional offers, or use promotional Gift Certificates to purchase discounted packages.
